How to find us -

Coming from York - Travel along the A1079 until you pass Barmby Moor. Turn Right at the sign for Allerthorpe Village. Travel through the village and past the golf club. Follow the road round and you will find our entrance on the left.

Coming from Beverley - Travel along the A1079 through Hayton and past the turning for the Pocklington Gliding Club. Turn Left at the sign for Allerthorpe Village. Travel through the village and past the golf club. Follow the road round and you will find our entrance on the left.
Flying info: Flying from site. Alternative launch sites to be advised at briefings.
Re-fuelling: From 47kg cylinders. Please arrive with full tanks and bring your own refuelling hose.
Other notes:
Socials; Competitions; etc.		 Competition for the ‘Flying Man’ trophy for the pilot to fly closest to the target of All Saints Church steeple.
Accommodation: Camping at £10 per night.

Dogs welcome!

Camping on site with (clean and warm) showers and toilets, plus we have a discount especially granted to PRBA members to take part in any of the water sports, so if you would like a try at kayaking, power boating, sailing or simply fishing, this is the meet for you!

Lovely cafe on site selling drinks, snacks to full Sunday dinners (on Sunday!).

Lots to do in the village of Pocklington over the weekend as they celebrate the unfortunate life of Thomas Pelling, the infamous 'Flying Man'. Stalls, shows, party atmosphere and quiz night in the village on Saturday night.
