I agree to adhere to the rules & regulations of the campsite and to keep dogs on a lead whilst on the camping field or take-off field. I will report any damage to the meet organiser.

The Club regrets that, due to unacceptable lack of control of and cleaning up after some animals at previous meets, any non-compliance with these perfectly reasonable conditions will result in a person or persons initially being warned and subsequently asked to leave the event. Exclusion of the person(s) from future Club meets is likely.

There will be a WhatsApp group, based on the mobile numbers on your entry form, to report landing locations and for official meet & training information. Please ensure we have mobile numbers for everyone who might need such info.

Flying will take place, weather permitting, after each briefing at the farm or an alternative take off site details given at the briefing. Flying conditions may only be suitable for experienced pilots and flying restricted as a result. Any other flying from the event other than post briefing must be agreed with the meet director.

Re-fuelling: Refueling will be from 104's and must take place at the designated site only. Please bring your own refueling hose. Refueling will be announced at briefing. Please arrive with enough gas to fly Friday PM. No gas will be available until after your first flight. Payment for Gas is by bank transfer, cheque or cash to Derek Grimshaw, please.

A 'thank you' bottle for farmers, labelled with your details. A label design has been formulated and a limited number will be available at the meet. But bottles won't! – so please bring some!

NB: Landing details will still be required for Admin and H&S reasons.

Frisbee Golf - on a course set up at the campsite - TBC.

The ever popular Curry Night on Saturday, at the Four Elephants, Foulridge, all being well. Details at briefing.

Accommodation: Camping available on site, cost as indicated on the entry form. Please camp in the main field down the side by the drive, not the small enclosure (see plan).

B&Bs and Hotels are available in and around the Skipton and Barnoldswick area.
