I agree to adhere to the rules & regulations of the campsite and to keep dogs on a lead whilst on the camping field or take-off field. I will report any damage to the meet organiser. The Club regrets that, due to unacceptable lack of control of and cleaning up after some animals at previous meets, any non-compliance with these perfectly reasonable conditions will result in a person or persons initially being warned and subsequently asked to leave the event. Exclusion of the person(s) from future Club meets is likely.

Flying info:	PRBA Members - please count yourself as a NWBAC member on the entry form as you too have free balloon entry for this meet but the website system can't handle that!! Briefing will take place at Thornton Hall Farm, on the camp site. Mornings 06.00 hrs Evenings 17.30 hrs. Farewell meeting (TBC) over the weekend. Flying will take place, weather permitting, after each briefing at the farm or an alternative take off site details given at the briefing. Flying conditions may only be suitable for experienced pilots and flying restricted as a result. Any other flying from the event other than post briefing must be agreed with the meet director. Leeds Bradford (Radar/Approach) 134.580. (Please note proximity of LBA Class D airspace to the east) Balloon Meet frequency 122.480 A NOTAM will be published for this event. Re-fuelling:	Please arrive with full tanks. Refueling will be from 104's, which must take place at the designated site only. Please bring your own refueling hose. Cost (TBC) at first briefing. 104’s availability will be 09.00- 09.30 & 16.00-16.30.Please bring a signed blank cheque at first briefing or a bag of pound notes!
Other notes: Socials; Competitions; etc.	Frisbee Golf - on a course set up at the campsite. The ever popular Curry Night on Saturday, at the Four Elephants, Foulridge, all being well. Details at briefing.
Accommodation:	Camping available on site, cost as indicated on the entry form. Please camp in the large field on the left of the drive, gate across from the loo block, not the small enclosure or the take off field on the right (see field marked in the what3words link above). B&Bs and Hotels are available in and around the Skipton and Barnoldswick area.
