I agree to adhere to the rules & regulations of the campsite and to keep dogs on a lead whilst on the camping field or take-off field. I will report any damage to the meet organiser.

The Club regrets that, due to unacceptable lack of control of and cleaning up after some animals at previous meets, any non-compliance with these perfectly reasonable conditions will result in a person or persons initially being warned and subsequently asked to leave the event. Exclusion of the person(s) from future Club meets is likely.

Note:– if the overhead height barrier is shut on arrival, please pull over in the car park area, rather than in front of the barrier, to avoid blocking access to/from the caravan park for other vehicles.

Briefings: will be held at the camp site 05.45hrs and 18.30hrs, subject to change.

If a briefing is cancelled and for other pertinent information, it will be announced on the Whatsapp Group created from the mobile numbers from your entry form.
Please ensure John Russon has all necessary mobile phone numbers of those who wish to be included in the Whatsapp Group.

Re-fuelling: We will look for local suppliers that supply propane and enquire about a local depot in Northwich, however, please bring as many gas cylinders as you can and we will look to share to benefit as many as possible.

A 'thank you' bottle for farmers, labelled with your details. A label design has been formulated and can be found on the Documents page in the Members' Area of the website - please print and bring some with you.

NB: Landing details will still be required for Admin and H&S reasons to be communicated using WhatsApp and text messaging.

Toilets and showers (coin operated) are behind the pub. Half of the field has been allocated to us. Please pitch along the hedge line facing you as you enter the field after passing the pub on your right, then a right turn towards the rally field.
