Directions to Mains Farm Caravan Site from the M6:–
Leave the M6 at J41 – going East on the B3505, at the roundabout take the A6 North towards Carlisle - In Plumpton turn Right for Lazonby and Kirkoswald - B6413, through Lazonby and over the Eden Bridge – Take the first Right signed Glassonby. Do NOT go left into the village of Kirkoswald. Mains Farm is on the Right - just under 1 mile from this junction. The rally field entrance is 100 mts past the farm on the right. If you have booked into the “Riverside” for electric, or rented a Pod, pull into the Farm.
Flying info:
Flying will take place after each briefing, weather permitting, from the campsite launch field or from a field at a nearby location when necessary.
Briefings will be in the camping field.
Briefing Times:
Morning: 06:00 BST
Evening: 18:00 BST (Not Monday)
We may call an earlier briefing if we intend to fly-in or relocate, however Friday evening will remain at 18:00 BST. Alterations to briefing times will be given at the previous briefing.
IF a briefing is cancelled and for other pertinent information, it will be announced on the Whatsapp Group created from the mobile numbers from your entry form.
Please ensure we have all necessary mobile phone numbers of those who wish to be included in the Whatsapp Group.

Re-fuelling:
Refueling will be from 104's and must take place at the designated site only. Please bring your own refueling hose. Refueling will be announced at briefing. Please arrive with enough gas to fly Friday PM. No gas will be available until after the first flight. Payment for Gas is by bank transfer, cheque or cash to Derek Grimshaw.

Socials; Competitions; etc.
Landowners:–
A 'thank you' bottle for farmers, labelled with your details. A label design has been formulated and a limited number will be available at the meet. But bottles won't! – so please bring some!
NB: Landing details will still be required for Admin and H&S reasons.
Social:–
Please feel free to bring a chair and knock on a caravan/tent where you see or hear a social gathering.
Accommodation:
Club camping on the rally field on Friday & Saturday will be at the club subsidised rates as indicated on the entry form: any additional nights will be at the standard Mains Farm fee, payable to them.

A reminder that dogs are welcome to the meet but must be kept on a lead at all times on the camping/rally field and the main campsite and surrounding area – this is a working farm and there are no exceptions. Please also clear up after your dog as required.
