Balloon Entries:–
Early-payment discounted rates: Members: £0. Non-members: £15
Standard rate: Members: £15 Non-members: £20
Camping – Per family unit per night:–
Early-payment discounted rates: Members: £12. Non-members: £17
Standard rate: Members: £17 Non-members: £22
Early-payment discounted rates apply for entries made and paid for before the Early-payment cut-off date, as on the entry forms.
Entries made but not paid for by the Early-payment cut-off date will be deemed to be cancelled.
Refunds for Cancellations
Balloon entry fees may be refunded only for significant reasons for cancellation notified to the Treasurer prior to the Early-payment cut-off date.
Camping fees may be refunded only for significant reasons for cancellation notified to the Treasurer prior to the Early-payment cut-off date, for the Easter Meet, the two May Meets, the Midsummer Meet but not the August Meet at Bouth.
