Directions to Mains Farm Caravan Site from the M6:–
Leave the M6 at J41 – going East on the B3505, at the roundabout take the A6 North towards Carlisle – In Plumpton turn Right for Lazonby and Kirkoswald – B6413, through Lazonby and over the Eden Bridge – Take the first Right signed Glassonby. Do NOT go left into the village of Kirkoswald. Mains Farm is on the Right – just under 1 mile from this junction. The rally field entrance is 100 mts past the farm on the right. If you have booked into the “Riverside” for electric, or rented a Pod, pull into the Farm.

Club camping on the rally field on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be at the club subsidised rates as indicated on the entry form: any additional nights will be at the standard Mains Farm fee, payable to them.
If you wish to go onto their regular camp site and have electric hookup or hire a camping pod, book directly with Robert & Julie at Mains Farm by phone or on their website edenvalleycaravansite.co.uk/
** The rules & regulations of the campsite and meet include keeping dogs on a lead whilst on the camping field or take-off field. Any on-site damage is to be reported to the meet organiser. Please also clear up after your dog as required.
The Club regrets that, due to unacceptable lack of control of and cleaning up after some animals at previous meets, any non-compliance with these perfectly reasonable conditions will result in a person or persons initially being warned and subsequently asked to leave the event. Exclusion of the person(s) from future Club meets is likely.
Please feel free to bring a chair and knock on a caravan/tent where you see or hear a social gathering.
Flying will take place after each briefing, weather permitting, from the campsite launch field or from a field at a nearby location when necessary.

Please leave a ‘thank you’ bottle for farmers, labelled with your details.
A label design has been formulated and can be found below – please print and bring some with you.
Click for LOR 2026 bottle label blank (Avery Labels L7169 – 4 to a page) with space to write a note to farmer, saying which field you were in or whatever. Type your details once in the embedded fields and the file populates the other labels with the same info.
Link to labels on Amazon (other suppliers are available)
NB: Landing details will still be required for Admin and H&S reasons.
