This is where you can get information on where to see balloons in our region, or even join in.
Check also the Year Planner link for the complete calendar (all subject to confirmation, of course).
The late date for entries is a week prior to the meet. This is so we can sort out the gas ordering and any housekeeping with the sites but if you have left it too late, don't worry, a late entry may be possible at an increased fee level and we will try and fit you in.

To celebrate Montgolfier Day and the first manned free flight in a hot air balloon we are once again dining at Guy's Thatched Hamlet. The balloon was launched from Chateau de la Globe and was manned by Pilâtre de Roziere and Marquis d’Arlandes, on November 21st, 1783, some 241 years ago in France.
We would love to see as many of our past members and guests come along and join us in this celebration.
After dinner, Ann Rich will tell us of her experience of what it is really like behind the scenes of a Gordon Bennett race. Find out how you might have fared aloft in a basket for 24 hours!

AGM: The 2024 NWBAC Annual General Meeting will be held the following day, Sunday 24th November, 11.00 hrs at Guys.
